How does Tsuki Store handle deliveries in Nairobi?

For Nairobi customers, we offer next-day delivery via boda, or pickup mtaani.
Customers will receive a call or SMS once the rider is en route.


How are orders delivered to other towns in Kenya?

For customers outside Nairobi, Tsuki Store ships using trusted courier partners such as Ena coach, Mololine, Easy Coach, or Fargo .

  • Next-day delivery applies for most addresses.

  • Delivery to remote areas may take 48 hours.

Customers are notified via SMS/whatsapp when the order is ready for pickup or has been dispatched.


What are the delivery costs and payment conditions?

Delivery costs vary depending on the destination:

  • Nairobi: From KSh 250 (boda delivery)

  • Other towns: KSh 400–1,000 depending on courier

Payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.


What should customers do if a parcel is delayed?

If your order is delayed or lost, contact orders@tsukistore.co.ke or 0796 884 254 with your order number.
Tsuki Store will liaise with the courier to investigate and update you.
We are not liable for any loss or delay in delivery for orders dispatched via third party courier services.

You may return an item for exchange within 7 days and you agree to cater for delivery costs


How can I track my Tsuki Store order?

Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your parcel through the courier’s website or Pickup Mtaani dashboard.
For Nairobi same-day deliveries, the rider will contact you directly.
