Return Policy

At Tsuki Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Return and Exchange Policy explains how we handle returns, and exchanges, for customers in Nairobi, Kenya, and across the country.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide your receipt or order confirmation.

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it.

After 7 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items already opened and used.

  • Damaged items

  • Discounted or clearance products marked Final Sale

 Exchange Policy

Received the wrong size, color, or a defective item?
We’re happy to exchange it once your returned item has been inspected and approved.

Please note that we do not refund. You may exchange with a similar product of equal or more value and top-up the difference.
