Visit www.tsukistore.co.ke and explore the available product categories.
Use the search bar to find specific items by name, brand, or type.

Step 2: Select and Add to Cart

Click on the product you wish to buy to view its details — price, size, color, and description.
Select your preferred options and click “Add to Cart.”
You can add multiple items before checking out.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

Click the cart icon and review your selected items.
If everything looks correct, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

Step 4: Enter Delivery Information

Fill in your full name, phone number, and delivery address.
Choose your preferred delivery method:

• Next day boda delivery (Nairobi)

• Next-day Pickup Mtaani (Nairobi)

• Courier to other towns

Make sure all details are accurate to avoid delays.

Step 5: Select Payment Method

Choose one of the available secure payment options:

• M-Pesa (Pochi la Biashara/Till Number/Paybill)

Complete the transaction and wait for confirmation via SMS or email.

Step 6: Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you’ll receive:

• Email confirmation with order number.

• SMS notification with delivery details.

If you don’t receive confirmation within 10 minutes, contact orders@tsukistore.co.ke.

Step 7: Order Processing and Dispatch

Our fulfillment team prepares your order and schedules delivery:

• Nairobi: Next day delivery via boda or Pickup Mtaani

• Other towns: Next day via preferred courier.

You’ll receive tracking details once dispatched.

Step 8: Receiving Your Order

For boda deliveries, our rider will contact you before delivery.
For courier or Pickup Mtaani deliveries, you’ll be notified when the parcel is ready for collection.

Inspect your order upon receipt to ensure it’s in good condition.

Step 9: Exchange Terms

If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days at orders@tsukistore.co.ke for an exchange.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item.
