How can I place an order on Tsuki Store?
To place an order, browse products on www.tsukistore.co.ke, select your desired item, and click “Add to Cart.”
Proceed to checkout, fill in your details, select your delivery method (boda, Pickup Mtaani, or courier), and complete payment.
Once done, you’ll receive a confirmation message via email.
Alternatively, you can share your order iva Whatsapp, or Instagram, Tiktok DMs.
What payment options are available?
Tsuki Store accepts:
M-Pesa (Pochi / Till Number)
All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
When will I receive my order?
Nairobi orders: Next-day delivery.
Other towns: 24-48hrs delivery via preferred or courier.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — orders can be changed or canceled only before dispatch.
Contact customer care immediately at 0796 884 254 or orders@tsukistore.co.ke with your order number.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
Does Tsuki Store offer refunds?
No, Tsuki Store operates a no-refund policy.
Customers are eligible for exchanges within 7 days of purchase for wrong size, defect, or incorrect product.
What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?
Contact orders@tsukistore.co.ke within 7 days.
Provide your order number and clear pictures of the product.
Our support team will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
How can I track my order?
After checkout, you’ll receive:
An email or SMS confirmation.
A tracking number for courier shipments.
For same-day deliveries in Nairobi, our rider will call you directly before delivery.
Does Tsuki Store ship internationally?
Currently, Tsuki Store ships within Kenya only.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
